Ordering flowers has never been easier! Follow the steps below which will guide you in buying flowers online using our easy online florist system.
1) It is recommended that you first choose the country where you would like your flowers to be delivered. Since prices for flowers vary by destination, only by choosing the destination country will our system be able to show prices for our flower products.
2) Browse through our flower catalogue. From the menu on the left hand side, you can search for flowers either by flower type, by occasion, or you can also search for flowers using the white box just below the list of occasions.
3) To see a larger picture and more details for any item, just click on its picture. A larger picture and a description of that item will now appear, together with its 3 prices and an ADD TO CART button.
4) From this screen, you can choose any one of the three prices and click on the ADD TO CART button to place the selected item in your shopping cart. Ordering the flower item at a higher price enables you to purchase a flower gift of a larger size, with more flowers and/or flowers of a higher quality ex. long-stemmed roses instead of medium-stemmed ones.
5) The next screen is the shopping cart. From this page, you have three options. The first is to continue browsing for more products, by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. The second is to add ADD-ON gifts to your order. These are small gifts that are delivered together with your flowers. Again, add-on gift has three prices from which you can choose, which will determine the size and quality of the item that is delivered with your flower order. Eventually, you will need to continue with your order by clicking on the CHECKOUT button.
6) In the next screen, you can enter the order, recipient and billing details. These include the name, address and contact telephone numbers of the person who should receive the flowers, the delivery date when you would like your order to be delivered, and your message and signature that will be delivered with the flowers.
7) Once all the are completed, click on the CONTINUE TO SECURE PAYMENT PAGE button. This will take you to a secure page where you can enter your billing details, including the VISA or MASTERCARD credit card details.
8) If the payment is accepted by our secure payment gateway, you will be presented with the last page of our order process - a confirmation screen which shows your order number. From this page, you can also print or save a copy of your order for future reference.
